Services

parlons provides French language coaching services, including one-on-one sessions, diagnostic assessments, and group conversation practice. All services are delivered online via video conferencing.

Booking & Payment

By booking a session, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Attend scheduled sessions on time
  • Give at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling
  • Respect the coach and other participants in group settings

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be forfeited. In case of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Fluency Diagnostic: Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of your session.

Paris Fluency Sprint: Full refund available within the first 2 weeks, provided you've attended all scheduled sessions and completed the assigned practice. After 2 weeks, refunds are prorated based on remaining sessions.

Conversation Club: Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

Results Disclaimer

Language learning outcomes depend on many factors including your commitment, practice consistency, and starting level. While we're confident in our method, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your active participation and effort outside of sessions.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching, including exercises, recordings, and curriculum content, are proprietary to parlons. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
